estra wellness was born from a deeply personal experience and a broader realization about the state of women’s health. It was only after I had worked in women’s health for 4 years that my mom told me she suffered from pelvic pain.
Her experience is not unique. It reflects a widespread lack of education, support, and innovation in women’s health. These gaps that leave many navigating preventable or treatable conditions alone.
estra was created to change that. We believe women deserve better information, better tools, and better care. By bringing attention to overlooked conditions and investing in thoughtful, evidence-based solutions, we aim to empower women to understand their bodies and access the support they need without stigma or silence.
